HY-TEK SOFTWARE CLINICS

Clinic #1: For Scorekeepers & Team Reps Thurs. 4/26 JCC Admin. Bldg. Room #227/228 from 7-9 p.m.

(You need only to attend one of the software clinics as the information being given is the same.)

Objective: To get somewhat familiar with Hy-Tek Team Manager 6.0 & Meet Manager 4.0 software. Additionally, to get training information about the Dolphin Timing System.

Attendees:
1. Please follow the guidelines on Hy-Tek Team Manager Set-up Document and the Hy-Tek Meet Manager: Meets Document located on the Hy-Tek Dowloads page on the league web site in the private member section listed at the bottom of the home page. The user ID and password will be given to you by your team rep.
2. Have Team Manager 6.0 and Meet Manager 4.0 loaded and updated with your team's current roster on the team's computer.
3. Bring a fully-charged battery and/or a long multi-plug extension cord to the aproximately 2 hour clinic.

Clinic #3: For Coaches ONLY on Saturday 5/19 @ JCC Admin. Bldg. room # 277 (top floor off elevator to right) begins @ 2 p.m.

Objective: To become familiar with Hy-Tek Team Manager 6.0 & Meet Manager 4.0 software and learn the ins and outs of putting together the best meet entries for your team. Learn the tricks on how to put together your fastest relay teams, etc.

Coaches:
1. Please ensure that someone from your team has followed the guidelines on the Hy-Tek Team Manager Set-up Document and the Hy-Tek Meet Manager: Meets Document located on the Hy-Tek Dowloads page on the league web site.
2. Have Team Manager 6.0 and Meet Manager 4.0 already loaded and updated with your team's current roster on the team's computer.
